At RJ Sunglasses, we strive to provide the best quality products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
📌 Important Conditions:
- Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Unboxing video is mandatory as proof
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do NOT accept returns for:
- Used or scratched sunglasses
- Change of mind
- Minor color differences due to lighting
3. Replacement Policy
- Eligible cases will receive a replacement product
- Replacement will be processed within 2–5 working days after approval
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable if replacement is not available
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Amount will be credited to original payment method
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Orders cannot be canceled once shipped
